 1.  Cleanser -  Wet your face.  Pour a 1/2 teaspoon (2g) on to the palm of your hand and rub to create foam.  Massage onto your face gently, avoiding eyes for 10 to 20 seconds.  Rinse and pat dry your face - do not rub.

2.  Face Pack - Wet your face.  Pour a teaspoon (4g) on to the palm of your hand and rub together to create foam.  Apply to face but leave on for 60 seconds, avoiding eyes.  Rinse and pat dry your face - do not rub.

3.  Exfoliator - Wet your face. Pour a teaspoon and a half (6g) on to the palm of your hand and rub to create foam. Apply to face gently rubbing entire face to remove dead skin cells, blackheads, sebum, etc.  Rinse and pat dry.
